It's a career that comes with variety of possibilities.  Inquiring about the root cause of the problems is the speciality of this profession. It gives you satisfaction in your life. " the solution".

Definition O f a scientist? 

A scientist is someone who systematically gathers and uses research and evidence, to make hypotheses and test them, to gain and share understanding and knowledge.

The discussion for today comprises uder these two major sub-Heading.

  1. Research ( prospective employers, salary expectations, required skill, location)
2.challenges ( money, education, skill-sets, social & parental pressure)

RESEARCH ( DONE BY RAJA)

Prospective employers-  Variety of options available in India( pubic+ privates) 

ISRO, DRDO,CSIR,  NASA, BRNS, TIFR, JEST. 

Salary - In varies from , which Tier of city in which we are living. Our expectations is 1 lakhs.               Provided, on an average 80K- 1 LAKH per month. ( ISRO- 80K -2.5lakhs / monthly , DRDO-07 -42 Lakh/yearly,   NASA -46 lakh / yearly)

Required skills-

The vary important skill that it requires is the curious mind ( WHY?),Analytical & numerals skill, Team work, persistent, Appetite for knowledge.

LOCATION- doesn't matters , satisfaction matters But Ind first because of respect , Then abroad if our mindset is Money.

CHALLENGES( DONE BY BHAWNA)


Money  - Financial problems proved to be a very continuous problems for those who are trying to make career in the scientific field. As in India, people have small economies but they have potential even after that they don't get the opportunity they deserve.


Education - Career in scientific field requires a huge level or widened area of knowledge.  Very thorough details of the subject. And for this, the availability of tutors is not provided to the students as per the requirement. 


Skill set - As this is also a part of our educational background only, so in this we mostly go for theoretical knowledge and due to this we somehow lacks the practical knowledge about our topic/subject and make us less or not reliant in the skill set.


Societal and parental pressure - Choosing a career of science and science requires much of time and patience and also money. Sometimes, the situation doesn't favours us. People can have different types of issues, say health, financial and so on.

And also society,  which can motivate one but they start to mock the candidate for choosing this career.

The invisible ink

  Proposing my girlfriend They were in relationship from 10 year.  Once the boy decided to make it special that was marriage.  He prepared a writeup with the first gift taht was giver by her, " The invisible pen". He wrote the three magical word, ILU❤ The occasion was the new year party. This was also the same day where they met first time.  He  take her to the swimming pool and gives his writeup to her . Telling put it in the water.  The magic with the magical ink was appears. I Love you and and please marry me.  She accepted his proposal .  They got married💍.

Journey to the Mars

  Where are you dad? A 10 years old boy named juno asking this question by looking into the sky. He used to live with his dad at Florida,USA. Mr. Smith the father of the juno,  was a scientist at NASA. He had a deep intereste in space exploration.  First time in the human history NASA planned a mission of three crew members with the aim MARS ONE. The aim of finding a trace of life on Mars.  Mr. Smith Inrolled himself into it and got selected. NASA provided the necessary training to them. This mission was dived into three parts.  1.
